"The Nine Treasure Exercises of Ancient China" is a complete exercise system
used for thousands of years by the Chinese in their kung-fu schools and Taoist monasteries.
In modern times, this Qi Gong system can be used to lower blood pressure and solve the
health problems associated with repetitive stress syndrome (RTS) and old age symptoms
such as stiff joints and arthritis. And it is a useful warm-up method for use before kung-fu practice.
This system exercises every joint and muscle in the body without causing an increase in heart rate or

The entire exercise set can be completed in just a few minutes or practiced as long as
desired without tiring yourself.

Included with the exercise system are the "Nine Cutting Fingers of Ninjutsu" which are
