Jews must never return a lost article to a non-Jew. But the non-Jews must always return lost items to the Jews. It is the duty of Mankind to give everything to the Jews; and it is a blessing to the Jews to take everything from Mankind. God created the entire world for the Jews alone.
Look in the Old Testment. The Jews have always been murderers, genocidal maniacs and thieves, but they hide that fact by claiming that God wants them to own everything -- after they kill all of the non-Jews. How can it be stealing when they claim that God gave it to them?
What? You don't believe the "Word of God" which the Hebrew scribes wrote about themselves in their very own Jewish handwriting? Then you are a sinner against the Jews and must be killed unless you give the Jews what they want. The problem is that the greedy Jews want the entire world.
